A Michigan native from Bloomfield Hills, I had my first taste of Northern Michigan as a young camper on Walloon lake at age seven. Throughout the years, my family weekend plans were to “head up north,” traveling from camp, to the summer home, to the ski slope. I adore every Michigan season, especially Winter.
