Spectacular dune just south of Elberta on Lake Michigan, the area where the original hang gliders flew off the sandy ridge on the airlifts over the water. A few still soar occasionally. The views of the lake to the north and south from the ridge are amazing. Ten lovely acres of sand dune, direct west panoramic views of Lake Michigan, sunsets are incredible, steep drop to the beach. Wooded at the eastern most part of the acreage. Several possible building sites with proper approvals. Evaluation by a dune consultant for your personal preferences is suggested.
